From the West: Northern State Parkway to the end (Veteran’s Memorial Highway, Route 454) stay to your left. Go approximately a half mile.  Stay left when Rte 347, Smithtown By Pass (Hauppauge) forks off of Rte 454. Continue on Rte 347 (Smithtown By Pass) approximately one mile and turn left onto Plaisted Avenue, continue to the Yellow Top Farm Estates entrance on your right. If you come to the Boulder Creek Restaurant at the corner of Mt. Pleasant Road  and Rte 347,you have missed your turn. Make a U-turn at that light and come back west to Plaisted Avenue.

From the East: Take the LIE to Exit 56 north (Route 111) approximately 2 miles to Route 347, turn right (east) onto Rte 347 (Smithtown By Pass). Continue approximately a half mile and turn left onto Plaisted Avenue, continue to the Yellow Top Farm Estates entrance on your right. If you come to the Boulder Creek Restaurant at the corner of Mt. Pleasant Road and Rte 347, you have missed your turn. Make a U-turn at that light and come back West to Plaisted Avenue.

From the South: Go north on Route 111  to Route 347, turn right (east) onto Rte 347 (Smithtown By Pass). Continue approximately a half mile and turn left onto Plaisted Avenue, procede to the Yellow Top Farm Estates entrance on your right. If you come to the Boulder Creek Restaurant at the corner of Mt. Pleasant Road and Rte 347 you have missed your turn. Make a U-turn at that light and come back west to Plaisted Avenue.
