A prominent Long Island builder since the 1970's, Vincent DiCanio is well known for his innovative planning and development strategies in both the commercial and residential arenas. Born and raised in the Long Island area, DiCanio’s intrinsic knowledge of area communities and their residents allows him to create “Lifestyle Communities” that exceed the standards in both design and construction. Whether he is building a “starter home” for a young couple or designing a “multi-generational” planned development all DiCanio’s projects reflect his eye for detail and the finest craftsmanship as he works within a Master Plan.

Vincent DiCanio holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Economic Studies. He is an avid supporter of the Smithtown, NY area where he resides and is currently building several showcase communities featured on this site.
