Calverton, Long Island, New York  is the next Planned Development District on the drawing board. The 80 acre site is proposed for a YMCA, a Hospital facility, an Assisted Living component, medical offices, a pharmacy, bank and a restaurant adjacent to a retirement community and garden apartments.
